She wed junior high school sweetheart Tron Larkins (a member of the group Plus 3 and creator of the clothing line Something Soft) on 29 August 2003.She left Passions to focus on other career opportunities when her contract ran out. In 1998, Chrystee appeared in an episode of The Steve Harvey Show. in Theater from Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts before pursuing her acting career.Pharris left Passions in 2004 in order to be able to pursue a singing career.
